ICT Sales Development

JCV  is currently hiring an Inside Sales Executive in the Wilmington North Carolina with option to work remote. Executive will contact commercial lead prospects, both cold calling and warm leads, in order to achieve JCV’ sales and profit goals while selling of all of JCV’ product lines, specifically, large retail, industrial, distribution and data center structured cabling services.

• Create viable leads and set appointments for other Sales Consultants
• Be able to succeed in casual conversation with strangers over the phone and turn
  them into customers by being engaging, dynamic, and knowing the answers to their
  questions while discussing JCV products & services.
• Be willing to delicately ask difficult questions and thoroughly qualify prospective
  customers to ensure that appointments set can become viable sales.
• Obtain client details and set up prospective customers in CRM system.
• Obtain utility bills and enter information into CRM system for prospective clients
• Be a "networker”, Attend events and work at tradeshows when requested.
• Attend company sales meetings.
• Development of innovative and creative sales techniques
• Possess a good balance of sales AND technical skills; knowing when and where to use
  each skill-set is crucial
• Guide potential customers to discover their needs and then offer the best solution to
  make sure those needs are fulfilled
• Represent JCV in a positive light in the community and with customers
• Be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to work inside or outside in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs. or more
• Professional, accountable, reliable, and willing to go above & beyond to help satisfy any customer
• Must have a completely flexible schedule; able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and a minimum of 35 hours per week
• Must complete all training from JCV and any other required training
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Basic Electrical Knowledge
• Basic Construction Knowledge
• Intermediate PV Theory
